To be honest, although local government is determined to restrict the use of non-biodegradable bags, there, however, still are many regions existing "White Pollution". As an inhabition, I prepare to put forward two suggestions: for one thing, mass media, such as TV, radio, newspaper and so on, advacates the importance of using recycle bags' instead of pollution materials so as to enhance the public awareness of protecting environment.
