Some driving factors that contribute to the above-mentioned change may be summarized as follows.First of all,China has become particularly active in manufacturing,which correspondingly leads to an increasing demand for qualified engineers.In addition,the development of the job market on the whole cannot keep pace with the expansion of college graduates,which obliges many students to stay on campus for another three years to get better prepared for their career.Finally,we must admit that the work pressure is another significant reason. Taking all these causes into serious consideration,we may predict that it is with the rapid progress of our society that the amount of recruitment of ME will keep growing in the forthcoming years.And it is of no necessity for the citizens to regard it with excessive anxiety.
