With the rapid development of technology, people are involving the big net of internet. There are more and more people living with phones and computers. We have to agree that internet brings plenty of benefits to us. It makes human more convenient to communicate with the person who is far away from them. Besides, we can acquire a lot of knowledge and get many useful informations from internet. However, one coin has two sides. Internet, phone and computer also take something harmful to us. Some teenagers and adults are addicted to them, which make them be far away from their parents and friends in reality. Someone even gives up studying and working. SO when we use internet to be better,we should also prevent harm from it.
