With the development of economy and technology, as well as education and culture, more and more people have access to enjoy the relaxation and convenience spring from the advancement of the Internet, but the flourish can not hide the disadvantages. Sparing more time on virtual world which means the reduction of contact in reality. Consequently, with the the lack of face-to-face communication, individuals' personal growth will surely be stunted, meaning that they can only obtain limited achievements rather than having become more distinguished in their life. Based on the above mentioned, I, therefore, will come up with an affirmative answer with no hesitation——"Absorb the essence and discard the dregs" is the best attitude we should take on the most controversial modern invention: Internet.
