A Revolution of Education Brought by the Internet With the rapid development of technology in China, internet is becoming more and more widely used in China, especially among the younger generation. Nowadays, we have more computer devices in our school and at our home. Many students receive distant education in the internet at home, which will bring a new round revolution to our education. I will support my view by having an elaboration on the diversified learning programs in the internet and the development of present distant education . Firstly, we must acknowledge that internet has diversified the ways and resources of learning, which improves the accessibility of our education. For example, we can gain the information of our subjects after class. Teachers can`t always be our side. When we are confused, we can ask for help from internet, instead of waiting for the next class and asking teachers about that, which makes our study more flexible.Besides, we can have online class after we finish our daily campus class, which gives us a platform to strengthen and consolidate what we have learned or even learn more fresh knowledge, thus improving our comprehensive ability.So, we can affirm that the internet make our study more colorful,more diversified, more flexible, which can improve the accessibility and efficiency of the education. Furthermore, the internet makes the distant education possible, which not only gives more access to the education, but also provides more choice to receive an education, thus forming the new form of education, homeschooling. Recent years, an increasing number of children choose to study at home because of the prosperity of the internet industry. They can have class at home through the computer and have distant communication with their teachers.To attend class at home is an obvious feature of the distant education, which can save much infrastructure fees for schools and much boarding fees for the students.In the case of distant education, we witness the emerging of homeschooling, which is a kind of educational revolution as well. Therefore, it`s easy to conclude that prosperity of the internet may bring revolution to education , which is characterized by the diversified access to study and more abundant learning resources and more forms of receiving education , like homeschooling.
