Recently, we have to face a phenomenon that many university students get away from school to be a practitioner who creates an enterprise or achieve offers of famous companies. It makes me think a lot. We can not discuss whether practitioners are right or not. There being a great number of famous persons achieved giant achievements which some observation learners can not catch up. Such as Bill Gates, he once was the richest merchant in the whole world. However, he has dropped out from the Harvard to realize his ideal of computer. Nevertheless, if we can learn well without observation? Of course not. Observation learning is the most directive feeling about knowledge, observation learning gives the direction theories and methods.
