Recently, we have to face a phenomenon that many university students get away from school to be a practitioner who creates an enterprise or achieve offers of famous companies. It sets me thinking. We can not discuss whether practitioners are right or not. There being a great number of famous individuals achieved giant achievements which some observation learners can not catch up. Such as Bill Gates, he once was the richest merchant in the whole world. However, he has dropped out from the Harvard to realize his ideal of computer. Nevertheless, if we can learn well without observation? Of course not. Observation learning is the most directive feeling about knowledge. What's more, it gives the directional theories and methods. It just resembles a house must have a frame, a tourist must have a tour, and a three by no means have no roots. For example, an English speaker can not speak English well if he does not know English grammar well. Additionally, combining the two types learning together when we search for some new territorial disciplines, it will be easy for us to learn it. Therefore, never leave one of them out of scheme. A successful individual may usually be known for the methods they take as well as the practice they do.
