There are several reasons attributed to this phenomenon,just as followings:women are want to present the best moment in front of the men.When looking for a job,a subtle make up may satisfy the employees which will give you more chances.Definitelly,making up not only the way you love yourselves but also respect to others.But some person judge a man or woman's abillity only depend on the appearance in spite of he knows nothing. In my perspective,appearance is not relevant to whether a person is suitable for the job.It maybe conducive to gain more score to us but not the most crucial reason.Rich our brains is the only way to go further.
