【题目要求】
Some people think that the government should establish free libraries in each town. Others, however, believe that it is a waste of money since the public can use the Internet at home to obtain information. Discuss both sides and give your own opinion.
【题目讲解】
这回试题难不倒烤鸭。冲突的焦点落在[有必要设立图书馆]或[没有必要]，而不是单一的立场library PK Internet。在家使用因特网的好处太多，可是利用图书馆可以补足其功能complementary。
两个问题。引言3 sentences之后，1. 讨论二者的利弊，看中体的承段6 sentences与转6 sentences段。2. 考生提出看法，看合段的结论3 sentences。
起段引言 Introduction
开头第一句。申论主题：使用因特网可以取得各种资讯Vs.图书馆对大众有利。
开头第二句。集中焦点：冲突是两难自解。
开头第三句。一分为二：分头指引讨论二者利弊。
作者词汇基本功很好，高级词汇表达也比较恰当；采用了简单的衔接手法，行文流畅；作者句法基础较为扎实。
With the rapid development of modern technology, it’s become more convenient for people to read articles, surfing on the internet with electric-books. But there are some people prefer to have a real book to read and holding an opinion that library is necessary to be built in each city. Others believe that this kind of idea is wasting money meaninglessly. In the past time, people used to go to library when they want to study or get to know something they interested in. It is undeniable that holding a book on hand is an encouraging behavior that the book-holders can feel like they are learning something. And libraries could provide a suitable environment for readers when there are a bunch of reading-lovers staying in a common place, sharing their opinions about a fiction or novels. It is of great help to motivate people to promote their education level. However, time is changing, a lot of technical invention are created to make people’s life more convenient, such as electric-books and news media on smartphone. Obviously, this kind of new-creations save a lot of unnecessary usage of natural resources like woods and carbon, when it is known to all that paper-books and newspaper are consuming trees , which is in need to protect. There are a lot of applications and websites for reader to share their opinions and make friend in common hobbies. In conclusion, I believe that library is not important that every cities governments have to establish it .For long-sight development of nature growing, obtaining information on internet would be a better option.
