第二段：1当然科学研究可以直接产生看得见的成果，如产品或技术，可以提高人民的生活水平;2科研的成果会提高生产力;3 医学研究提高大众健康水平和寿命
但是只支持科学研究，而不顾人们其他方面的需求会导致社会畸形发展，最终也会制约科技的发展。
第三段：人民需要艺术，因为：艺术相关人们的情感和价值观，这是人们行为的核心部分;艺术培养人的创造和创新能力;艺术是娱乐休闲方式，艺术是感情和精力释放的安全方式;艺术促进不同文化和民族间的理解，稳定社会的发展。社会科学如哲学历史人类学心理学等加深人们对人类自身的理解和更深远地对未来的健康发展的规划。

The problems of education is always be concerned in people’s daily life, especially the people who are raising children in educated age. It is no doubt that education should be financial supported by government, being of a great significance to the young generation and the development of the future society. However, it is definitely un-suitable that scientific research be only provided , and other subjects should not be treated in that way. Consequently, I disagree the opinion that pointed in the title and here is the few reasons for my standing. To start with, I believe that it’s a common attitude that art and science are both important to human growing. The products of science has hugely changed our life for over a hundred years and it will keep doing it, while some masterpieces of famous artists like painting, music, poems has influent our mind and fresh our spirit in an un-seen way. Secondly, because the money for postgraduate research is limited, it’s adjustable to control the money percentage in each subjects, since scientific researching works are more expensive than article studying.
