it is not wise to make a conclusion immediately when you see or hear something. as we all know, sometimes ,our eyes will cheat us.so,we should take a detailed consideration before making a conclusion. for example,we see that there is a dying patient who is lying on the bed. and he won't get well, he only have 15 days to live on the world. when the patient ask the doctor' how long will i get well'.then the doctor says you will get well soon and don't worry. if you hear what the doctor said,what you will react to his action.the doctor told a lie .it is a fact .but why he do like that.if you take a consideration ,you will find the doctor is kind.he don.t want the patient to live with saddiness in the future days.but if you don't take a consideration and make a immediate conclusion,the result will be different. consequently, don't always believe what you see and hear, the first thing you should do to take a consideration rather than to make a immediate conclusion.
