A leader is the key figure of one team or organization, responsible for unifying all the team members to accomplish tasks. there exist various leaders, such as national leaders and just class leaders, ranging from a high level to low level, from politics to sports field. Rare individuals possess excellent leadership and a talented leader may be cultivated from early age. Equally differant assessing standards is taken in measuring leaders of different territories. In spite of this, leaders, in the principle, share with some common characters, which, in my perspective, can be classified into three levels. First and foremost, a leader is supposed to be self-confident and optimistic, so to speak, he or she is incapable of substantially powering following members. Moreover, the strategic insight is an indispensable factor contributing to a remarkable leader. In the reality pioneers turn out to be the ones view further and more comprehensive than the others. Last but not least, a leading person necessarily have strong communication and coordination capabilities, which are of vital significance in coping with any potiential conflicts or barriers. A leader is just like a string, to take an instance, unifying all the group members the same as stringing a necklace. Frankly speaking, each person intending to act the leading role have no alternative but to strenghten himself from all aspects, especially the above traits. No one can be a convincing leader without such foundamental abilities.
