A smater consumer,from my perspective,is somebody who can buy something with reliable quality in a lower price.With coupons ,we might get something at a discount.Being a member of the group-by is a nice chioce when buying in that we can enjoy a relatively reasonably price .Some pricey goods that are far away from us can be possiblly purchased when on sale.Once I went to shopping with my girl friend expecting buy a beautiful dress.We entered a dress store where the dresses were no sale,saying that another dress would be free if one is bought.So we went to Duch and get two gorgeous dresses. A smarter consumer konws when to seize a good chance and there are indeedly a good deal chances in our life.Just get it and we can be a smarter one.
