With the development of information technology, it is convenient for us to find information on the Internet, but it is also more difficult for us to acquire useful information in spite of advanced information technology. In the past, the traditional ways of acquiring information were reading books and asking our teachers and friends. But our science and technology are more and more advanced, result in that we can acquire information online. Although the new way is more efficient and convenient, it also causes the difficulty in acquiring useful information. For instance, my brother Jack, a college student, who often finds learning materials online to improve his academic performance. Recently, he told me that he was troubled with useless information on the network. To address the problem, it is highly recommended that we go through necessary analysis after we acquire the information from the Internet and get useful one while discarding useless one.
