From the chart given,we can see a clear trend about the electricity consumption, covering from 2004 to 2007. Basically,the overall using shows itself a static increasing,partly resulting from the economic development.But there is a slight fall,which happens in the year of 2006,by about 0.8 percent.So what is the reason of that?If we look back on this year,it is easy for us to link this decrease to a international event-the financial crisis. As we all know,other than the live-consumption,the industrial consumption takes the major part of the total,and with the infection of crisis,as a direct influence,the manufactories reduce their producties,which may become the most possible reason for that. But,we can relievedly watch a revovery in 2007,the country has got through the bad situation and now we are capable of holding a great expectaion once again.
