Honesty and sucess Honesty is the virtue on people's lips. When we were in our childhood, the adult told us to be an honest person. What's more, it is also a contributing factor of achieving sucess. IAs far as I am concerned, we cannot achieve sucess without the personality of honesty any more than we cannot get across a wide river without a bridge. My main reason is that being honesty ensures us a sucess in our careers. It cannot be denied that it is social skills rather than professional skills that do really count in our careers. Being honesty attracts more friends for people tend to make friend with those people who are trustworthy. Then, the trust of colleagues provide us with a favorable working environment. Seldom would an honest person be isolated from others in a company. In addition, he can get promoted more easily. For example, the company leaders would like to delegate the most important tasks to an honest employee for they often hear about the tributes of him from other staff, and they believe that he would follow the corporate regulations. To such a degree does honesty influence our job performance that we must never ignore it. Another reason is that being honest enables us to achieve sucess in social life. We have a particular liking for honest people due to the sense of security they give to us. Being honest means he can always tell the truth, we can trust almost every word of him. In today' society, the lack of trust among people is a common phenomenon. So we would pay more attention to the personality of being honest. Honesty will provide us with a cham which is so attractive that many people would spontaneously gather around us. That is to say, we would be liked everywhere which is a great sucess in social life. All in all , being honest is an important factor for us to achieve sucess both in working life and social life. Just as dark cloud cannot long hide the sun, so no lies can cover up the fact. Just to be honest in your life, for it will bring you with a more sucessful living environment.
