I disagree with this statement.In my opinion,whatever the employees follow others' instructions or try to find new or better ways,there must have their own advantages that the another way can't replaced. The obvious benefit of the way that employees who follow thier supervisor's instructions,is to help the newone go into the relatively right path to success easily.Like students more easily get a good scores due to having a skilled teacher,someone who just into a new envirroment always want to raly on his/her supervisor who has varied experience and learn some meaningful knowleges from them to reach the requirment faster.But the disadvantage also easy to realize:always following other's advice could easily lose one's innovation and dependence which are most significant points in the career. On the other hand,employees who try to find new or better ways means that if the leader use the new way,it encourage more and more employees think about myriad ideas which could make more benefits,it is valuable to their capanies.In constract to the following other's step,This kind of way maybe spend more time and vagor to find a right way to suit the companies' systems.A new way can't easy to think out and it also means that if the way boss don't like and even disturbs his/her plans,it could bad for the employees' career and it hurts their passions. In a word,one person in his or her work place should find the right and best way to make more benefits for the compaines whatever the way him or her use,of course it must be legal and fair.Following supervisor's instructions or find a new way by oneself,thay are valuable ways to the companies.
