Should private cars owners be taxed for pollution With an increasing numbers of private cars appearing in our life,some people reckon that these owners should be taxed for pollution caused by the these cars,which has aroused a heat discussion.In my eyes,I'm totally for this advocation. It is universally known that the global warming is getting serious and the carbon dioxide which partly deprivates from the wasted air emission of private cars is one of the most main factors.If the owners are taxed for pollution,it will encourage more people intending to purchase cars to choose energ-saving cars with a lower emmision level.Consequencelly,we can minimize the pollution level ,which coordinates with the environmental protection.Some people may be against it because they are not willing to be taxed for their cars since they have been luxury goods.But in the long run,it is beneficial to them .Without a clean environment,how can these owners enjoy driving? In a word,private cars ' owners should be taxed for pollution.
