Recently, a topic on weibo has made everyone looing at a issue which is about dialects. whether dialects as acceptable in public places has becoming a hot question among people. As we watching videos in internet and simply watch TV at home, or when we walking alone in the streets, it is not difficult for us to notice that dialects are everywhere. It is obvious that manderine is more official and have more users, however, dialects are still maintaining a rather important position. Through encient times, the dialects traveled with all people come into the new age of today, we have established the manderine system indeed, but in my point of view, we still need dialects, dialects are just as acceptable in public places. Firstly, there is an old saying which goes like this, history is the most beautiful treasure of human beings. And it is known to all that dialects are a important part of our long history. we have no stable official language in the old times, but communications can not be avoided, our ancients used their own different language and made them suvived untill now, so why exactly we can not accept these significant communication skills in public places? Secondly, we may have set the common language in our country for a long time, but it is clear there are still a large group of people can not use it well, and this phenomenon will not dissappear quickly. And last, I want to mention a term named hometown voice, it is not simply understand as a voice, it means hometown's dialect. If one far away from home, then he or she heard the language that rather familiar, makes he or she feel warm or happy, it is really a cute thing. To sum up, dialects are accetable just as any language everywhere.
