Arts bring human race joy,imagination,appreciation for which our life is full of excitment,surprise and happiness. Our mind will never be merely satisfied by food,water or wealth for the sake that our heart always longs for beauty,creativity and the spirit of pursuing the better. The goverment is obliged to serve its people both physically and spiritually in accordance with the needs people want to be met.Apart from providing equal opportunity for all the young to be educated,facilitating environment for business,better living and working condition and alike,arts and other forms of entertainments should be included on the list. Many city planners have realized the importance of arts that plays an indispensable role in a civilized society.The dead center of a city is often located with art museums,operas,parks and libraries that aim to enrish spiritual world instead of substantial needs.How significant a city deems arts manifests how civilized the residents have reached.It's well known that the ancient city Athens that artists were respected and admired. Arts are the symbol of a civilized society and inseparable part of people's life for that human beings are not only the creature only longing for food and other material provision,beauty,creativity,appreciation as well.
