With the development of technoledge, more and more companies from broad and overbroad have set up in big cities,which created rapidly a bit of different positions that fancinated so many people crashing togrther.It exectly has boosted the developement of these cities,but also bringed some other problems such as the vehicle conditions that are becoming worse. Taking Bejing as an example, all most everyday,the roads are so crowded that obsolutely is the nightmare of the drivers.Even worse thing is that since the bad weather the gorvernment prompted a new policy to control the mumber of cars in a day for lower carbon dioxide emissions. So you can not even drive in some stipulated days. For solving the vehicle problem, limiting the mumber of cars is not a unstainable way but inproving the city planning to increase more effective roads in the same city. A good city planning will contain more competent people which would make the city better.
