Air conditioner Not everybody likes the same temperature due to differences of body feeling. When it comes to control temperature, it is easily to become a fight. Do remember that this is not your home, this is very important. Although sometimes it feels like a home because you spend most of your time here, office is a sharing space, everyone deserves equal comfort. In order to avoid this situation, please remember the temperature in the office when you dress in the morning. Or, bring a sweater to the office. The best way is to find a temperature everyone agrees. If this doesn’t work, take turns to control it. Coffee pot collision Besides the temperature of air conditioner, empty coffee pot is another potential factor to bring an office fight. Everybody likes coffee, but no one likes making it. The simplest way to keep peace is making a “make coffee” duty table. This is the simple way to reduce unnecessary fighting. It should take turns to make it fair. Also, out of respect, the one who pour the last cup of coffee should make it voluntarily. Copy machine collision The last thing to cause a fight in office is printer and copying machine. When some used up papers but fails to refill in the machine timely, collision happens.
