Do some things to change the word after thinking and learning is a unique and wonderful ability of intelligent humanity comparing to the other animals. Medicine, engineering, information technology as well as literature are first in people’s brain. Then they exist in real life. So learning and doing are two sides of coins on individual learning. On the other hand, reading can help you get information of learning experience from other people, which can guide your own learning. Learning by doing is effective. First, you can start from the results. When you do a thing, you will find the most correlation information about how to do, which helps you get rid of some unrelated knowledge. Second, doing something is a useful feedback. You will be happy when you create things in the real world. So you will have motivation to do more. Besides, you can easily find somewhere you do badly. Aiming at your weakness and training it you can learn fast. Books are teachers. Teachers open the door, but you must enter by yourself. Some professional people have great skill. They write how they learn and their experiences or some keys of skill. Knowing it form book helps you thinking well. But the skill is in your mind now. You will succeed even if you train and do it by yourself. So learning by reading shall be finally examined by doing. In conclusion, when we want to learn some skill, we can get teachers form books, but we should learn by doing in the end. Learning by doing is a more effective way.
