I don't agree this statement. In my option, it depends on the concrete condition. Judgements can be made by different persons, at different places, at different conditions. Sometimes snap judgments can be trusted, sometimes not. In my opinion, with experiences and confidence, in an emergency, an expert can made a snap judgment, and others would rather litsen to him and follow him. Though this judgment is snap, it was made by an expert, by a man who everyone trusted, so this judgment can be trusted. On the other hand, if one thing is very important, and bonds with so many persons, once this judgment goes wrong, some bad thing would happen, in this condition, snap judgment will risk a lot. Therefore, all in all, 'Snap judgments can never be trusted. ' this is a wrong point.
