In accordance with what is detailedly demonstrated in the above diagram,we can observe distinctly that the employees in different age brackets vary greatly on employment satisfaction.According to the figures which is provided,folks can know that approximate 40% of the workers over 50 are content with their employment.In contrast,nearly 64% of the employees between the age of 41 and 50 are not satisfied with their employment,which is the highest among all three categories. It is no difficult to come up with some possible factors to account for this phenomenon.At the top of the list is employer's much higher expectation which is made more and more profit for corportation by the middle-aged people.It is reported that roughly 54% of the middle-aged staff have to burn the candle at both ends from time to time.Besides,we must admit that the people between 41 and 50 are not energetic enough to attain their ambition.Finally,what is responsible for the situation is that most of the staff in their forties cannot see the conspicuous prospect of promotion. As above-mentioned,it is no surprise to see the middle aged employees'doscontenment with their occupations.And I firmly believe that this situation will continue in the forthcoming years.
