To be a leader maybe is one of everyone's goals, but how to get it is a big problem. Before that we should know a very improtant thing that what is a leader meaning? A leader, is a person who take lots of people flower him or her and the people is all of their own accord. If we want to be a leader in a burning desire, the first step is that we should make sure we can keep come down no matter what situationes we stay in, and then we can make a solution in time. Except, when the persons who flowered us have any bad emotions, we can understand their thought and take the problem out of them. At last, we should have a little super ability that we can make a prospective project sometimes to make sure more and more chance we can get.
