To be a leader maybe is one of everyone's goals, but how to get it is a big problem. Before that we should know a very important thing that what is a leader means? A leader, is a person who take lots of people to flower him or her and the people is all of their own accord. If we want to be a leader in a burning desire, the first step is that we should make sure we can keep come down no matter what situations we are in, and then we can make a solution in time. Except, when the persons who flowered us have any bad emotions, we can understand their thought and take the problem out of them.
