It is no difficult to come up with some possible factors to account for this phenomenon.Apparently,at the top of the list is employer's much higher expectation which is made more and more profit for corporation by the middle-aged people.It is reported that roughly 54% of the middle-aged staff who are in charge of a department have to burn the candle at both ends from time to time.Besides,we must admit that the person between 41 and 50 who must cope with a great many of businesses everyday are not energetic enough to attain their ambition.Finally,what is responsible for the situation is that most of the staff in their forties cannot see the prospect of promotion. As above-mentioned,it is no surprise to see the middle aged employees'doscontenment with their occupations.Correspondingly,I firmly believe that this situation will continue in the forthcoming years.
