About Learning, my opinion is keeping learing even if you are old. But I cann't agree that one learns just for a degree. Whether one is young or old. From the begining of our life, we learn everything from the book, from our parents, from our teacher, from the wrold around us. We must learn how to talk, how to speak, how to comunicate with others, how to work with others. To another lever, we should learn how to live in the world, how to get what we want, how to do what we like. This is the only thing we should care, and about a degree or a certificate, or something like that is just a proof that is only can show others you've been learned it, but cann't show how you can do it well. So, in my opinion, a degree is not the important thing, the ability is.
