it's not-uncommon talking topic if an individual should expect a reward when doing a good deed. as to this issue, opinions vary form person to person. on the one hand, some people hold that people who doing a good deed deserve a reward, such as some money or a glory name. with these reward, more persons can be encouraged to do a good deed. on the other hand, other people maintain that people who doing a good deed is not ask for reward. everyone should learn from Leifeng who is a famous person for he always doing good deeds without asking for reward. as far I am concerned, we can not ask for reward when we are doing a good deed. because it's not like a trade that you provide your service and others pay for you. however, if persons who are helped want to express their gratitude through the way of rewarding, i think we can accept it since it's a polite and respect method.
