Participating in sports is good for everyone even though you didn't win. At least, it can bring you this kind of experience. It's said by one old saying, "The most important thing is not that you win something, but participating". Some thinks that this world is full of competition nowadays, even for our works, for our lives, for our sports. We should try our best to get the top of a hill, to win, to get what we want. For me, there're indeed so many competitions around me, in another word, that means opportunities to me. Just like sports, we all knew that there's only one first place, and all wanted to get there, that meant a big challenge to everyone, some persons are afraid of this, they quit, and some thinks they'd have a very small chance to win, they quit, and some thinks no matter what it takes, they just enjoys the sport. Some experts in America found one thing through their research, if one keeps to participate in sports, their lives in the future obviously is better than those who seldom participated in sports. The research showed that participating in sports can help people enhance their confidence, when they met trouble they should face it bravely, and conquer it. It brings more than prizes. All in all, participating in sports is worthwhile, whether you win or lose, if you win, congratulations, you've showed your value and your ability to the world, if you lose, congratulations, you've experienced this kind of thing which should give you a good memory.
