As we all know, it's of great importance to form a good learning habit in that learning effect is closely related to learning habits. In other words, if you form a good habit to learn, you will be more likely to obtain a good learning effect. As far as I am concerned, there are a variety of methods to form a good learning habit, but the most effective way is to set up a specific goal and then spare no pains to make it come true. Certainly, it's likely that you will meet various difficulities during the learning process, however, as long as you face up to these difficulties, you will overcome everything and achieve your goals at last. Everyone has shortcomings, so do I. The biggest demerit of myself is that I always forget things easily. In terms of this drawback, I strongly suggest a small notebook be prepared to write down some important points in case that I forget them.
