Do you hold the opinion that how much a person earns should depend on the effort he has made? In reality, a majority of people believe that it's unfair that some famous athletes and entertainers earn millions of dollars every year in that they pay less. However, I always believe that those people deserve what they earn, and my reasons are as follows. My main reason is that, for the part of those well-known people, they must be excellent in a certain field so that they can be outstanding and liked everywhere. In other words, they do have their advantages which make contribution to their high salary. For evidence, I can cite the example of Jack Chan. Jack is a famous Kongfu star whose fame has spread to the west. He is popular because he is good at performance and that he can meet the needs of his fans. No one can replace him in terms of playing Kongfu films, then he is the one who gets the high salary. So, it cannot be denied that he, and people like him deserve what they earn due to their unreplacibility. Another reason is that, for the part of market, it needs those outstanding people to meet consumer's needs. The fact is that there are as many athletes and entertainers as workers in the market, it is unreasonable as saying that those workers who are more sophisticate earns more money is unfair, but it is not the same as saying those outstanding stars can earn more. In every sector, there are people who show better performance, and they manage to get more payment. So we'd better to improve ourselves rather than to complain about the top workers' high salary. All in all, I think that the athletes and entertainers deserve their high salary. First of all, they are good at a certain field that few people can replace them. Secondly, They do make efforts to achieve high in their fields, in fact, everyone can get a high salary provided that he strive and be excellent in his career. What's more, we should pay more attention to what lead to our poverty rather than envy others' wealth.
