Eduacation equality, also referred to equality in education, is a measure of achivement, faireness and opportunity for everyone. According to Wikipedia, the growing important of education equality is based on the premise that an individual's level of education is diretly correlate to the quality of he or she will live in the future. Therefore, the issue of education equality is becoming more and more significant for the society and individuals with the development of the whole society. In recent years, eduacation equality is been put forward in governmental ocaasion. Education is one of the most powerful instruments in shaping the human race. Education is the only answer to socie-economic problems. Education is the most powerful weapon of with which individuals equip themselves with more knowledges and skills to adapt to and survive in the constantly developing world. University education also ciltivates individuals with critical thinking, wealth of knowledge and understanding of one's true self. At the World Education Conference at Jomtien, access to education was declared as a human right. In rencent years, some global organizations and nations put forward a new viewoint that university eduacation should be universalized. I believe that the government should be a significant role in university education. I insist that the governments are responsible for the apropriation of funds for universities to meet the students' need in education. That includes providing adequate facilities, hiring experienced and pofessional adiministrators. However, supplying the adequate funds for education is not a easy task, even in the richest nation. Because it is imposiible for government to defray the whole tuition fee of all students. The graduates have had more opportunity to get job with the knowledge they gian from school, that is to say, the uiniversity students get benifit from university eduacation. So the student should pay a part of tuition fee by themselves. Refering to the tuition fee, I think the pattern of tuition should have a accurate and grading standard rate. The poor should be provided more financial aid and interest-free-loan to help them have equal opportunity from university education.
