It’s not uncommon today that internet has influence our life more deeply. When we enjoy the convenience of life, a lot of problems are followed. Clearly, these issues cannot be ignored. Even though it’s likely the information has the advantages of being convenient, speedy and economical, it’s a waste of time to browsing websites and choosing which information they need. Obviously, it’s easy to watch electronic screen for more than three hours. For example, ever you look up something on Baidu, something totally innocuous like Taylor Swift, you may click on Elizabeth Taylor, then on fashion films, and you search “the best films in 2017”, over and over again until you’re deep in the middle of the hole that you’re going to forget what you want to do as soon as the laptop clicks shut. Further, the network crime is increasingly popular rather than other crimes. An example that a Chinese student who was 12 years old, became the youngest hacker in China. He invaded schools online system to searching exam answers for the reason that he didn’t want to do his homework. And he also spent 1 cent on the online shopping goods which are the value of 2,500 Yuan. These are crimes whether or not you were agreed. Aside from money, it’s a story about a woman called Justine Sacco. She was a PR woman from New York with 170 Twitter followers. She wrote a twitter, pressed send in December, 2016. After 11 hours, a journalist retweeted it to his 15,000 followers. And then it was like a bolt of lighting. She was just crushed after two weeks result from her joke on tweeter might be racist, then thousands of people around the world decided it was their duties to get her fired. They abused her, and personal attacked her. But there is not person to be punishment when Justine got shamed. These days, the hunt is on for people’s shameful secrets. You can lead a good ethical life, but some bad phraseology in a tweet can overwhelm it all. This isn’t social justice. It’s cathartic alternative. Therefore, the network is like a double-edged sword, which could make our life better or worse. It is crucial to be controlled by government.
