Hello, everyone. I’m going to give you a speech about how to refuse other people also is a problem.This problem is bother me a period of time, and i have feeling that quit of you was trouble by ti is as well. Based on my experience and some research i have done among my friends, i make some conclusion that why i hesitate or can’t to say no. Firstly, we want to give our friend and family a feeling that we can do it, we have capable to do what they want me to. That is, we want to be needed and useful. In addition, we might think its rude to refuse other’s offers.Secondly, we might think saying no to a requested work task will make them seem like they aren't a team player.The last one,is some of us hey are afraid to lose their own face since they think refusal means their inability .on the other hand,they are afraid to offend their acquaintances" face . However,what if we say no and then explain to your friends or family members who need your help why we should say no. I believe that they will not blame us. Before we learn say no to other,i think it is important to ask ourselves three things before helping others. Whether i am able enough or wiling enough to do the thing for others? Is there have time to help others? If the need is legal? Thus, do not afraid to say no in right time,and to learn how to say no.
