Hello, everyone. I’m going to make you a speech about how to refuse other people also is a problem. This problem bothered me a period of time, and I have feeling that quit of you are trouble by it as well. Based on my experience and some research I have done among my friends, I make some conclusions that why I hesitate or couldn’t say no. Firstly, we want to give our friend and family a feeling that we can do it, we capable to do what they want me to. That is to say, we want to be needed and useful. additionally, we might think it rude to refuse other’s offers.Secondly, we might think saying no to a requested work task will make them seem like they aren't a team player. The last one is, some of us are afraid to lose their own face since they hold the view that refusal means their inability. Nevertheless, what if we say no and then explain to your friends or family members who need your help why we should say no. I believe that they will not denounce us. Before we learn how to say no to others, I think it is important to ask ourselves three things before helping others. Whether i am able enough or wiling enough to do the thing for others? Is there has time to help others? If the need is legal? Thus, do not afraid to say no in right time, and to learn how to say no.
