With the improvement of people’s living standard, more and more family own private car, and also more and more problem appeared. Especially, the city congestion and atmosphere pollution. Some people suggest that to provide free city transition 7 days a week. In my opinion, this would not improve the situation. First, the owner might not chose the free transit. For example, like my hometown Luoyang, there is 43 kilo grounds from east to west of the city. People only spend almost 40 minutes by private car, however, people will spend around 1 and half hours by bus. Even if it waste 30 minutes on transit congestion, the private car still faster than bus. That’s one of important reason Second, public transit costs by all taxpayers. It is unfair for that people whose either by bus nor by car. For instant, people out by bicycle. Third, that is a waste of resources for all free. Originally, people who don’t need to take bus will also choose public transit, cause to congestion by man-made. For example, some people will go to several kilos to buying vegetable instead of nearby market, because they can have more fresh and cheap food without any transportation.
