In my opinion, participating in sports itself is especially meaningful instead of meaningness. On one hand, no matter where we are, we must be in the whole family which may be school ,class, dormatry or others. If we do not join the activities they hold, relationship between the whole family may be influenced. On the other hand, participating the activities is a way of highthen the friendship of your friends. Some people think if not for the prize, what is your purpose？ Then I would ask whether there has an effect of exercise? If there is a meaning of getting outside and away from your cellphone,and then open your eyes to see the excellent world.
