两个态度都片面。所以不要急于选择。我们真正希望的是，不慌不忙(with full composure)，却很有效率(efficient)。所以，我更倾向于carefu planning。因为careful planning是成功的关键。另外，也要看是什么样的事情，工作、学习，都喜欢尽快结束(give it an end as quickly as possible)，但是与朋友消遣，与家人相伴，却不应该匆匆忙忙(bustle up)，而应该at a slower place。作者词汇基本功不错，建议今后多用高级词汇；作者在句法层面做的很棒；文章采用了适当的过渡词和衔接词，结构比较严谨。
Comparing to the life hundred years ago, our life cannot be seen as slow in any sense. But we should live a slower but elegant life. When we are working, we should have the spirit of craftsman who always focuses on one work and makes it masterpiece. Only when you calm down and finish every part with confidence, you can complete your work with high quality. If you pay attention to recent news, you would hear about a lot of news of how inhumane merchants add poisonous material into the vegetables to make them grow faster. On the contrary, if we live a slower life, how beautiful the world could be! When we are together with friends and family, looking at the spectacular sunset and the blossoming flowers, drinking, chatting and sharing. What a lovely scene it would be. Watching baby sleeping deep, listening to the Mozart peacefully, or just reading the Pride and Prejudice for the whole afternoon, what could be better than these? No matter it is for work or leisure time, it is better to use every moment in full potential and enjoy the whole process instead of rushing to the end. For everybody, the end of our life is death. So if we love our life, why not peace down, take a deep breath and passing by gracefully.
