With the large number of people are flocking to the big cities to seize the opportunities for their occupations, education and better living conditions, which caused a great number of problems to the big cities due to overpopulation. For example, traffic jam, work pressure and environment damage are the main problems that the big cities are facing today. How can we solve these problems? First and foremost, with the increase of the people in the big cities, they need to transfer from their home to the workplace, most of the people are driving their cars for commuting from home and workplace, and they spend a lot of time on the way and encounter traffic jam every day. In order to solve this problem, our government in charge should encourage our citizens to take public transportation for saving time and reducing the traffic problem. Secondly, with so many people live in the big cities, everyone wants to survive and settle down in the big cities for further development, so they have to compete with others for the job opportunities, which increase the pressure among young people. So, the education department or universities should encourage their young graduates to change the career view on small cities for less work pressure. Thirdly, our environment is suffering utmost damage due to so many people dwell on it, we cannot enjoy the fresh air and we can hardly see the blue sky due to the excessive consumption of the energy. And the pollution is also a big issue in big cities due to so many people living in it, what we can do is to tell the people to take care of our living environment and reduce the consumption on our energy. To sum up, with the development of the society, these problems are the big cities facing today, what we should do is to help people change the idea of their career seeking and increase their attitudes toward our environment.
