I am against with the statement that people should read only those books that are about real events, real people and established facts. First and foremost, reading is a means for people to acquire knowledge, sometimes it is can also have the function of entertainment. So, if one people only read the books of real events, real people and established facts, which will be very boring unless the person who is interested in the history. Because people sometimes read books without specific purpose, they read books is just for fun or kill the time away. Secondly, reading should not be constrained to some specific books unless you have clear aim for acquiring some information or you are going to prepare some topics or do research. We should try to read as much as possible if time permit, you can try some books such as fictions, tales, legend as well as tales, which will make your reading more interesting. Last but not least, there is a saying that “open a book, open the world”, which means reading is a way for us to get to the world. So we should read as many books as we can to help us know more about the world. All in all, reading is an interesting thing in our life, so let’s try to make the reading meaningful in our lives, so just reading what you want to and what are interested to you.
