Each collegue student were facing the same problem when they graduated from their colleges---job hunting. It's a hard choice , some people say job satisfaction is more important than job security, as for me I think job security is much more than job satisfaction. securtiy is the crutial factor. especially in the present economy. some people may say you have to love the work or else you can not make an echievement. however, life is harsh, I have to say that earn a live is another thing. according to recent statistic, the number of gradutations is raising sireciously, and due to the economy downturn, the sarting sarly is very low, and competion also becomes seriously, It' hard for a new guy to find a decent job with good payment. another way you have less choice in job hunting.so in this circumstance ,finding a job and make it becoming security is much more imported than anything else. secondly, we discuss it from person's character pespective. young guys who just leave from the school, which means they lack the social expeances and funds to estalibash their career, as I know successes needs three basic points, fund, social reliashenship and experience. therefor , I think for yong people ,they should find a security job first, they can make best use of this period to implesh themselve, absorbing social experiences ,It 's a good period to make the ground work. All in all, life is hard ,alter what you can change ,and satisfied yourself with which could not change.
