People in increasing number start to cast light to the fit of students. The Ministy of Education insit on that all the students should take part in the excerise one hour each day.Not only can the students keep fit, but also have a realx during the activities. I deem that each grade should take the opportuniy to take excerises,incluing the students in Senior School. The Senior School students have a heavity pessure. Were there no the program,never would these pupils in Senior School have a relaxion. Therefore, The Ministry of Education suggest that the students should have an honour each day which take advantage of their career as well as a good life.
