On the morning of April 29,2007,from 10:00 to 11:00, hundreds of millions of studets take part in a national student sports program which all the students have benefit from. Individuals in increasing number start to cast light to the program. The Ministy of Education insist that all the students should take part in the exercise one hour each day. Not only can the students keep fit, but also take a rest in the course of the activities. I deem that each grade should take the opportunity to take exercises, including the students in Senior School. The Senior School students have a heavy pessure. Were there no tthese exercises, never would these pupils have a relaxion. Therefore, The Ministry of Education suggests that the students should have an honour each day which in favour of their career as well as a good life.
