On the morning of April 29,2007,from 10:00 to 11:00, hundreds of millions of studets take part in a national student sports program which all the students have benefit from. Individuals in increasing number start to cast light to the program. The Ministy of Education insist that all the students should participate in the exercise foe one hour every day. Not only can the students bulid up bodys, but also keep a clear mind in the course of the activities. I deem that each grade should take the opportunity to take exercises, including the students in Senior School. The Senior 3 students have a heavy pessure. Were there no exercises, never would pupils take a rest. Therefore, The Ministry of Education suggests that the students should have an hour a day which will have a good health to work fifty years and enjoy the whole life.
