语句间的衔接成分用得不错，同时文章中的过程性词汇很丰富；很好的运用了从句，但部分句子稍有瑕疵；希望作者在高级词汇的使用，单词拼写方面都能能更熟练一些。
Due to pupulation dentisy and increing privat vehicals, traffice jam is getting seriously. To solve this problem, some people suggested offering public transport for free 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, but personally speaking , I can not totally agree with that. The aim of free public transport system is to encourage citizens to commute with public stransports,like bus subway and electric tram,which could reduce the traffic on the road,therefor resolve the traffic problems. however we all know that traffice jam that often happenning in the rush hour, the free policy might led more people go out and couse the high press to the public traffic system, and for those private vehical owners who may not care about the free tickets, since that this policy would not help at all.
