When it comes to judge a person, what is your standard for it? Someone may judge a person simply by their appearance, but it is unwise. On the one hand, individuals ability is always unequal to their their appearance, as we all know, the appearance of people is related to the gene of their family, but the capacity of individuals is developed by their efforts in social environment. On the other hand, judging a person by appearance is a prejudice, it is unrespected for strangers. Most importantly, the quality of soul is more important than a great appearance. As soon as I'm concerned, when we link relation to others, we must consider their virtues first, then, we need deeply know them, understand their live environment, study experience and their hobbies. In the end, we should more focus on the fundamantal ability of the individuals. After all, ability is to us what water is to fish,we neend to improve ourselves rather than over emphasize the appearance.
