In the past century, the human being have achieved greatly in the science fields especially after the inventions of the electricity and other related appliance. On the other hand, we are still in the slow progress on the cure of the some fatal diseases such as AIDS, Ebola and even the recent outbreak epidemic Super Bug. In terms of the significant development happened in the last century, there are many great things like the electricity, automobile, airplane, computer and internet which have altered the whole world dramatically and prompted people's living conditions. For example, in the outer space exploration, we realized the ancient people's dream to land on our neighbor's moon's surface; in the home, we designed the washing machine to release housewife from the humdrum daily work; in the mining industry, we exploited the smart robots to undertake the dangerous tasks. Moreover, the new transportation vehicles such as the cars, express trains and planes also shorted the world for people to travel within one day. Therefore, our world has experienced a great leap under the help of these wonderful gadgets. As regard to the stunted growth in the healthcare system, we have to admit there is not too much progress compared with other aspects. As we all know that our human race are still vulnerable to some lethal illness such as AIDS, EBOLA and Super Bug, which appeared and even evolved in the last century and exerted the harmful impacts on the people. According to the science reports, millions of people infected and died each year due to these dangerous diseases. Although, the doctors and scientists all over the world have been endeavoring to research the new medication against these virus, the best cure has not been made and there is still long way to go for people to overcome these evil virus. So for some people, the world has not developed so fast like what they had thought in the past. To sum up, although there is no penaca to cure all illness yet, the world has been improved to a much brighter one by the high-speed scientific development. Our society has experienced the greatest progress as today we have the best living condition compared with the men who lived in the last century.
