For instance, those people who has already worked for decades and mostly got the stable economic status, for them job is not just a thing that leading for a living, life ambitious motivate them to seek for a big goal. in this way, they looking for jobs with varieties of challenge which on the on hand can fulful their felling and also produce some social values. motivation seems kind of importance and this feeling comes from the job satisfaction, cause only when person enjoying his job then he can make his best. On the other hand, some young people , especially thoese who was graduated from school not long before can be commonally being the embarrassment situations, that explains why yong people often take stable jobs like working in goverment possitons. life is crucile, compared with dreams, earn a bun seems more important for them. In conclusion, job hunting is a serious issue everyone would face in some occasions, before making decisions, It's important to think about all the circumstances. It's not a shame to stay security in first, because young guys can calme down during this period and save up money and also experices which could be an important element when someday you decides to estabilsh your own business.
